Registration requirements
- Completed NGO registration application form via the e-MOIFAR portal
- Certified copy of the organisation's constitution or bylaws
- List of board members with full names and identification details
- Work plan and budget for the first year of operation
- Mission statement describing objectives and proposed activities
- Proof of office address or operational premises in Somalia
- Brief CVs of the executive director and key responsible officers
- Partnership or recommendation letter (for international NGOs where applicable)
- Previous registration certificate (for renewal applications)
- Proof of payment of applicable government registration fees
