The Director General of the Ministry of Interior, Federal Affairs, and Reconciliation Mr. Aidarus Moallim Hassan chaired a training workshop on “Preventing Aid Diversion in Somalia”.
The training, guided by the recommendations of the 2024 HACT Assessment, aimed to strengthen institutional accountability, equip Ministry staff with tools to detect and prevent aid diversion, and promote transparency and trust in aid management systems.
