Department of Technology and Digital Services

The Department of Technology and Digital plays an important role in development and innovation, is the backbone of the ministry’s digital activities, and is a symbol of efficiency and operational efficiency.
This department is responsible for the implementation and management of modern technology solutions that improve processes that enhance data security and data reliability. Other tasks include monitoring, developing, and maintaining IT infrastructure; managing cloud storage services; ensuring strong cyber security measures; and fostering a culture of continuous digital transformation.
 
This department is responsible for the following activities:
1. Troubleshooting technology devices and their installation.
2. Document Access Management (MS Office software, meeting applications, et cetera) that can be relied on for their security and digital services that are necessary for the work of the ministry.
3. Implementing and managing modern technology solutions, creating systems and websites, and troubleshooting them.
4. Management and development of e-moifar services and management of cloud storage services.
5. Presenting the performance report and ensuring the operation of the e-moifar system.
6. Ensuring cyber security measures and fostering a sustainable digital transformation culture.
 
This department consists of four sections:
a) Internet infrastructure and Cyber Security Section.
b) Troubleshooting devices and their installation section.
c) Software Development and Maintenance Section
d) Performance and Support Section
