The Ministry of Interior, Federal and Reconciliation opened a training session in Mogadishu for some of the Mayors of the State Governments of the country and the Banadir region.
The training, which will last for two days, was attended by the mayors of the following cities: Warta-Nabada, Warshiiq, Galkayo, Guriel, Beledweyne, Kismayo, Afmadow, Hudur, and Lasa ‘nod.
This training was organized by the Ministry of Interior to provide preliminary training before the trip to Japan, which will be attended by some of the mayors of the country’s regional governments and Banadir region.
the training focuses on the development of local governments, service delivery, good governance, prevention of natural problems facing cities, and how to manage and strengthen the relationship between the government and the people.
