Mogadishu 06 Mar 2024; The Minister of Interior, Federal Affairs and Reconciliation H.E Ahmed Moallim Fiqi met with a high-level delegation led by the Deputy Minister of Foriegn Affairs of Norway H.E Andreas Kravik,  for a discussion on stabilisation, reconciliation and regional developments,

 

 

On his part, the Norwegian Deputy Minister of Foriegn Affairs reaffirmed his country’s commitment to working closely with the government of Somalia in the areas of stabilisation, recovery and reconciliation.

 

“I’ve seen first-hand that newly liberated communities are excited to live and integrate with the rest of us. They are back to school, they work, they play sports, they are full of life” said H.E Ahmed Moallim Fiqi

“The government of Somalia is using ideological and military means to fight the khawarij terror groups. And Norway has been a frontline ally in those efforts.” H.E Ahmed Moallim Fiqi
