During the meeting, the two sides discussed a range of topics, including cooperation between the countries and the progress that the Somali government has made in security and development projects.

Also present at the meeting were Somalia’s ambassador to India, Mr. Ahmed Ali Dahir, and members of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Federal Government of Somalia.

The discussion focused on the issue of Somali citizens who have difficulties in traveling to neighboring countries to obtain visas for health and education.
