The Deputy Prime Minister of the Federal Republic of Somalia H.E Salah Jama, the Minister of Interior, Federal Affairs and Reconciliation H.E Ahmed Moallim Fiqi and the Minister of Justice and Constitutional Affairs H.E Hassan Moallin opened the Inclusive Politics Round-Table Discussion in Mogadishu today.
The two-day meeting will discuss inclusive politics achievements, gaps, and ways forward, with participation from representatives of the United Nations and Diplomatic Missions in Somalia.
“As we gather to reflect on these achievements, it is also crucial to recognize the importance of sustaining our progress and keep those momentums, and your continued support is pivotal. Tomorrow’s technical deep dive offers an opportunity to delve further into the comprehensive 2024 work plan, outlining the strategic steps to address emerging challenges and propel Somalia toward a future of prosperity and resilience.”

This was followed by remarks from the United Nations and Diplomatic Missions express their commitment to supporting the 2024 Inclusive Politics agenda of the Federal Government of Somalia.
And presentations led by Ali Osman of the Office of the Prime Minister on the Inclusive Politics agenda of the Federal Republic of Somalia.
