The DG Forum on the Allocation of Powers Implementation Plan today kicked off in Mogadishu.
Attended by the Director Generals and Commissioners of the Federal Government, the Forum was chaired by the Permanent Secretary of the Office of the Prime Minister Mohamed A Zubeyr.
At the Forum, the Ministry of Interior, Federal Affairs and Reconciliation presented to the DGs and Commissioners, the process of decentralization and allocation of powers as well as the roles and responsibilities of different the government institutions.
