On September 12,2023 in Mogadishu, Ministry of Interior, Federal Affairs and Reconciliation hosted stabilization actors for a presentation on the I-Stand Stabilization Programmer Evaluation Findings, where an independent evaluation team shared their findings on the successes and challenges of stabilization in Somalia.
The Director General of the Ministry of Interior, Federal Affairs and Reconciliation Mr. Aidarus Moallim Hassan who chaired this meeting expressed the importance of this evaluation to the accountability, transparency and good practices of Somalia’s stabilization efforts.
Further, MoIFAR’s Senior Stabilization Advisor Mr. Ramadan Elmi took participants through various stabilization initiatives and their contribution to the social, economic and political infrastructures of newly liberated areas.
And finally, an independent evaluation team presented their findings, recommendations and conclusion on the I-Stand stabilization Programmer.
