Minister of Interior Federal Affais and reconciliation, His Excellency Ahmed Mo’allim Fiqi went on an inspection visit to the Somali Disaster Management Agency where he received updates on the current and planned efforts of the agency. While there, the Minister praised SODMA’s efforts in coming to the aid of the people of Somalia in times of crisis. Adding that he would like to explore Somalia’s potential in providing support to its allies and friends in times of crisis.
On their part, SODMA’s leadership expressed their commitment to the humanitarian and disaster management of issues facing Somalis and Somalia.
