Last night, the Minister of Interior, Federal Affairs and Reconciliation H.E Ali Yusuf Ali Hosh held a welcoming and briefing session for 148 Somali citizens who recently returned to the country through the facilitation of the National Commission for Refugees and IDPs (NCRI).
