MOIFAR Director General Launches State-Level Functional Unbundling Process in Hirshabelle State

The Director General of the Ministry of Interior, Federal Affairs, and Reconciliation, Mr. Aidarus Moallim Hassan, participated in the launch of the state-level Functional Unbundling process in Jowhar, Hirshabelle State.

The program aims to enhance work coordination, strengthen the capacity and understanding of government employees, and build a shared understanding among all ministries and institutions in Hirshabelle State regarding the review and finalization of unbundled functions across different levels of government.

The event also highlighted key milestones achieved since the December 2022 National Consultative Council (NCC) Agreement and provided a comprehensive overview of the federalization process to date.
