The Minister of Interior, Federal Affairs and Reconciliation, H.E. Ali Yusuf Ali Hosh today attended the official launch of the HUBIYE Platform, the Certificate Delivery System (CDS), and the e-Aqoonsi Digital App—a suite of innovative digital tools developed by @NIRASomalia to advance Somalia’s digital transformation agenda.
These groundbreaking platforms are designed to significantly enhance the country’s civil registration and service delivery systems. By introducing secure and accessible digital identity solutions, Somalia takes a major step forward in building inclusive, accountable, and citizen-cantered governance.
In his remarks at the launch event, Minister Hosh emphasized the importance of digital governance in shaping Somalia’s development future:
