The Commissioner of the Somali Disaster Management Agency (SODMA) chaired this month’s Communications for Stabilization Taskforce Meeting which presented stabilisation and early recovery messaging for the month of October 2024.
During the meeting, Senior Communications Advisor of the Somali Disaster Management Agency (SODMA) Aweis Gaani gave an overview of the achievements and progress of the agency, and their role in Somalia’s Stabilization and Early Recovery efforts.
Following that, the Director of Communications and Public Outreach of the Ministry of Interior, Federal Affairs and Reconciliation Mr. Abdiaziz Gurbiye took participants through the workplan and achievements of the Communications for Stabilization Taskforce of which he is the chair.
Further, the Senior Communications Advisor of the Ministry of Interior, Federal Affairs and Reconciliation, Mohamud Adan Mumin Presents the Stabilization and Early Recovery activities of October 2024.
