The Deputy Minister of Interior, Federal Affairs and Reconciliation chaired the Federal Level Planning Session of the Technical Committee on the Allocation of Powers. In official remarks, H.E Abdihakim Ashkir talked about this agenda bringing the government closer to the people.

The Director General of the Ministry of Interior, Federal Affairs and Reconciliation Mr. Aidarus Moalim Hassan, stated his expected outcome of power sharing discussions being clear and detailed roles and responsibilities for all levels of government.
This was followed by discussions and presentations on the Power Sharing Agenda of the National Consultative Council (NCC) led by our Director of Federalism Mr. Abdinasir Haji, and Senior Advisor to the Office of the Prime Minister Mr. Ali Osman.
And on the second day of the forum The Director General of the Ministry of Interior, Federal Affairs and Reconciliation Aidarus M Hassan opened the second day of the Federal Level Planning Session of the Technical Committee on the Allocation of Powers. He was joined by experts from various federal ministries.
Mr. Ali Osman, Senior Adviser to the Office of the Prime Minister, then took participants through previously developed functional unbundling mechanisms as well as case studies of other federal nations.
There were further group discussions and presentations on the second day of the Federal Level Planning Session of the Technical Committee on the Allocation of Powers. And Mr. Abdiwali Hassan Hussein (Fadilatuhu) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation thanked MoIFAR for organizing this productive discussion on the Allocation of Powers in Somalia.
In the end, Director General of the Ministry of Interior, Federal Affairs and Reconciliation Mr. Aidarus Moalim Hassan, brought the Federal Level Planning Session of the Technical Committee on the Allocation of Powers to an official close.
