The Minister of Interior, Federal Affairs and Reconciliation H.E Ahmed Moalim Fiqi received Hon. Duran Ahmed Farah, the former Minister of Transport and Civil Aviation and Sultan Abdullahi Ali Sheikh (Dhudhun) who briefed him on the clashes between two brotherly communities in Goldogob district in September 2023.
Also, in discussion, the peace and reconciliation efforts by the community leaders, traditional elders, and religious scholars from the two communities.
On his part, Minister Fiqi commended the peace and reconciliation efforts adding that his administration is committed to playing its role in facilitating the peace efforts.
