On the 5th of October 2023, in Mogadishu, the Minister of Interior, Federal Affairs and Reconciliation H.E Ahmed Moallim Fiqi is joined by federal, state, and community leaders in a forum discussing the liberation operations in Somalia’s Mudug region. With special attention on providing support to the brave national and community security forces fighting the khawarij terrorist gangs.
- In his remarks, the Minister of Interior, Federal Affairs and Reconciliation commended the bravery and sacrifice of the brave men and women working to liberate this nation, adding that Al-Shabaab’s time in Somalia has indeed come to an end.
