on September 4, 2023, The Deputy Minister of Interior, Federal Affairs and Reconciliation H.E Abdihakim Ashkir opened a four-day Communication and Media Training for MOIFAR’s umbrella agencies.
In his opening remarks, the minister stated the importance of communication as the link between the government and the public.
Communications and Media officers from the Somali Disaster Management Agency (SoDMA), the National Identification and Registration Authority (NIRA) and the National Commission for Refugees and IDPs (NCRI) will be joining MoIFAR for the four-day training run by the communications and media department of the Ministry of Interior, Federal Affairs and Reconciliation.
