Mogadishu July 13, 2023; The new State Minister of Interior, Federal Affairs and Reconciliation H.E Sadad Mohamed Nur Aiyow, officially took over his new role at the Ministry. This follows the Mini cabinet reshuffle announced by the Prime Minister of the Federal Government of Somalia H.E. Hamsa Abdi Barre, in which H.E Sadad, a Member of the House of Representatives, was appointed the state Minister of Interior, Federal Affairs and Reconciliation.

 

At the hand-over ceremony, Minister of Interior, Federal Affairs and Reconciliation, H.E Ahmed Moalim Fiqi alongside the Director General, Department Directors and Senior Advisors welcomed the new State Minister while thanking former Minister Ilyas Ali Hassan for his dedication and service to the ministry.

 

On his part, Minister Sadat expressed his commitment to fulfilling his national duty diligently and in accordance with the constitution of the country and the laws of the Ministry of Interior, Federal Affairs and Reconciliation.
