Minister Fiqi Chairs MoIFAR’s Monthly Management Meeting.

The Minister of Interior, Federal Affairs and Reconciliation H.E Ahmed Moallim Fiqi chaired the monthly meeting of the ministry’s directors and senior advisors. The aim of this monthly meeting is to share information, and discuss achievements and challenges of the month.

 

The meeting was attended by the Director General, Departmental Directors and all advisers of the Ministry of Interior, Federal Affairs and Reconciliation.

 

The work plan of all the departments was united and presented including deliverables and measurements of the Ministry’s work.

 

The Information Technology (IT) unit presented E-MoIFAR, an online system that supports the Ministry in NGO registration, security, HR and more.

 

Further discussions were on the new national electoral model and the role of MoIFAR in it’s implementation. As well as the outcomes of the Somalia Mayors Forum which took place this month.
