Somalia’s House of Representatives today passed the National Identification and Registration of Persons bill following several rounds of reviews.
In his remarks, the Minister of Interior, Federal Affairs and Reconciliation His Excellency Ahmed Mo’allim Fiqi talked about the importance of this bill in improving the nation’s security, economy, elections and more.
The Minister then thanked the members of the house for their support and commitment throughout this process.
