The Minister of Interior, Federal Affairs and Reconciliation His Excellency Ahmed Mo’allim Fiqi attended the 5th annual Somali Judicial Conference in Mogadishu, Somalia, where he expressed appreciation for the milestones achieved by Somalia’s judiciary, especially in relation to federalism and decentralization of the judicial system.
The conference was inaugurated by Somalia’s Prime Minister, His Excellency Hamza Abdi Barre, and was attended by Federal Government Ministers as well as representatives from other local and international organizations.
Further, the Minister of Interior Federal Affairs and Reconciliation warned against politicizing of the justice system, adding that that would only hinder the rebuilding process of Somalia.
