Minister of Interior, Federal Affairs and Reconciliation His Excellency Ahmed Moallim Fiqi met with the Interior and Security Affairs Committee of the House of the People, where he discussed the draft National Identification and Registration Bill.
The Minister and the committee further discussed the way forward to a second reading of the bill, during which the Minister of Interior, His Excellency Ahmed Mo’allim Fiqi, responded to questions from the Committee on the draft bill.
Minister Fiqi then concluded by thanking the committee for taking on the national responsibility and facilitating the implementation of the National Identification and Registration Bill, which the Ministry of Interior had submitted to the House of the People Somali Federal Parliament.
